1. Delivery Partner

At Milkso, we partner with trusted logistics networks including DTDC Courier Services to ensure your premium pistachio milk shake powder packages arrive fresh, secure, and on time.

2. Service Coverage Area

We currently accept and fulfill orders throughout all districts in Kerala, India. Expansion plans for pan-India delivery are underway and will be announced on our website.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

All orders are dispatched from our Malabar facility within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation. Standard delivery timeline is 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during regional festivals, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Packaging & Safety Assurance

Every Milkso pouch is hermetically sealed in multi-layer food-grade barrier pouches to preserve the natural aroma, nutrients, and purity of our ingredients. Packages are reinforced with tamper-evident outer boxes.

5. Delivery Tracking

Once your shipment is handed over to the courier partner, an AWB tracking number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can check your package's live status anytime directly on the courier tracking portal.
